These Terms & Conditions govern the use of MyFerry services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Bookings & Payments
Users must provide accurate details when making bookings.
Payments are processed securely, and refunds are subject to our refund policy.
MyFerry reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
Users must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
Carrying prohibited items (e.g., weapons, hazardous materials) is strictly forbidden.
Users must adhere to crew instructions and safety regulations.
4. Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellations made by the passenger: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure, subject to a cancellation fee of NGN 500
Cancellations due to MyFerry: If a trip is canceled by MyFerry due to operational issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen events, passengers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
No-shows: No refunds will be issued for passengers who fail to board at the scheduled time.
Processing time: Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days to the original payment method.
